- + We charge our cost only to set up your server/database. This is $200 setup + $40 per location and $40 per user. e.g. a single office with 4 VPN users would be $360.
- * Based upon 1 location, 1 VPN account. Additional locations are $80 to setup and then $40/month. Additional VPN’s are $40 each to set up and then $20/month. Maintenance of the FREE location/first user requires adding a minimum of +100MB/month to our cloud file storage (~100 documents or 50 images) which is charged at a rate of $3/GB/Month. Failure to meet this minimum requirement results in a $50/month surcharge. Pricing does not include any linked 3rd party services such as opClinical.com. Free setup offer is for new users only. Any previous user of opPractice (previously known as THE O&P HUB) who wishes to re-use this app will be charged the standard set up fee of $995.
