opSchedule

‘opSchedule’ is a second app that is installed as part of the opPractice installation

Why opSchedule ?

opPractice is the main practice management app. However, only one instance of opPractice can be run on any one computer. Having the opSchedule app allows you to have a second app open, connected to the same data, that can perform basic functionality. It is primarily for dealing with appointments and messaging. By having dual apps, when you are in the middle of performing tasks in opPractice, you do not have to close out of that function to schedule an appointment, print any appointment forms or send a message etc…

Is there a cost for opSchedule?

No. It is a free addition to opPractice. No additional costs are added for opSchedule.

How do I access opSchedule?

The installation of opPractice automatically installs opSchedule and puts a shortcut on the desktop. You can also find a button to open opSchedule on the ‘opHUB Menu’ window. Logging on to opSchedule is the same as it for opPractice. You will use the same server password and same employee logon credentials.
