AntiVirus Removal Tools & Uninstallers for popular AntiVirus programs

AntiVirus application can often get in the way of opPractice functioning properly, by either blocking the VPN connection, blocking opPractice from connecting to the server or blocking features within opPractice. We therefore recommend removing 3rd party AntiVirus applications and only using Windows Defender – the in-built AntiVirus which, in our opinion, is the best AntiVirus application available.

The Windows Control Panel, ‘Uninstall Programs’ applet usually proves insufficient for un-installing AntiVirus or Security Suite installations, as it leaves unwanted remnants on your PC. It is thus always advisable to use the AntiVirus Removal Tools or AntiVirus Uninstallers for completely removing anti-virus software.
